The services offered are simple, but at the same time characteristic and exhaustive to make you feel at home. Andrea Farabollini and his family will open the doors to something genuine and true, unique and magical. Our intent is to make you experience emotions, made of human warmth, familiar and welcoming, in the characteristic Tuscan scenery in contact with our lives.
We were born as farmers and breeders, and we would like to immerse yourself in this reality of contact with our most precious beings, our animals and with our crops that give us immense daily satisfaction.
A place of honor it’s from the restaurant where we serve only genuine products and almost exclusively of our own production (oil, wine, cheeses, meats, vegetables, legumes and seasonal fruit). With these products, you are sure to eat healthy and try the authentic flavors of the Tuscan cuisine of the past. Menus dedicated to those suffering from food intolerances are available (on request). The restaurant has an internal room but also offers the possibility of eating on the veranda outdoors and by candlelight.
The swimming-pool with sunbathing beach corner and colored waterfalls are available to guests, which provide a particularly suggestive view. Equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, tables and chairs, it is the ideal place to relax and cool off during the hot summer days.
The Farmhouse offers an oasis of peace for those who love to enjoy their free time in nature. It is possible to walk around the animal farm to see the donkeys, horses, cows and all the little animals, such as geese, hens and rabbits, a show for child and adults.
You can taste oil and wine. The 1000 olive trees offer the opportunity to bring you “gold” on the table, a basic ingredient in our kitchen and on your table.
The Vermentino white wine and the Sangiovese red wine, pure, come from rows of vineyards that you can admire in the various seasons until ripening in September where you can meet it in your glasses in a pleasant synesthesia that binds wonderful smells, flavors and full-bodied colors.
The many itineraries present around the farm allow guests to explore, (independently and with their bikes), the surrounding area in a multitude of colors where, depending on the season, you can take advantage of the discovery of nature with captivating and inebriating scents the breathtaking views of our land.
